  • I am concerned that I may not be able to afford the treatment that I need – what can I do?
    • We are committed to providing you with the care that you need. Our treatment coordiantor will introduce you to options available for your situation and guide you through the process of payment options.   
  • I have dental insurance that I have never used before – how does it work?
    • We will complete all forms that are required by your insurance company and submit them electronically for the most efficient processing of your claim. Often, your insurance company will reimburse your costs within three days, by cheque or direct deposit into your bank account.
  • Do you guarantee your work?
    • Your satisfaction is our priority. Your smile is a reflection of our practice and we want it visible to the world.
  • What happens if I ever have an emergency?
    • First, call our office right away. We understand the stress and emotions involved when you or a loved one is in an emergency situation. Seeing you as soon as possible is a priority to us, so all you need to do is call.
  • I have a very busy work schedule, how can I possibly get in to see you?
    • We strive to accommodate our patients to provide the best possible care. Our treatment coordiantor will work with you to find a convenient time that will accommodate your needs – even if it means seeing us on a Saturday, before or after work.
  • I hear some of my friends talking about seeing their dentist every 3 months – is that too much?
    • Healthcare needs are individual. Our philosophy is that all of our patients will receive a complete and thorough assessment before we can determine how often you should see us. We will explain our findings, answer your questions and together decide what suits you best.
